Fully manage your stock on any device using Kitomba 1’s Stocktake feature and the Supplier orders feature so you have full control over your stock at any time.

How does it work?
Managing stock in a busy salon doesn’t need to be complicated. With Kitomba 1, you can now:
Track orders at a glance
View all your stock orders in one central place. Instantly check the status of any order; what’s been received, what’s checked-in, and what’s still pending with your supplier, so you can stay in control without chasing paperwork.
Auto-generate smart orders
Let Kitomba 1 do the hard work for you. Generate an order based on how much product you’ve sold or used over a specific time period, or simply generate an order to bring your stock levels up to the minimum and maximum stock levels! Once generated, you can always review and adjust quantities before sending it off to your supplier.
Create manual orders with flexibility
Prefer to create an order from scratch? You can create a supplier order manually to adjust quantities as needed. It’s fast and easy to do, perfect for topping up or trialling new stock.
Check in deliveries with one click
Once your order arrives, open it from the stock screen and click “Check in”. The order status will update automatically and add the products to your stock on hand counts, keeping your inventory accurate without extra steps.
Generate and manage supplier invoices
Keep your ordering and accounting in sync. Quickly create an invoice linked to the supplier and order, helping you stay organised with minimal effort.
Who can manage Supplier orders?
The ability to create and track supplier orders in Kitomba 1 will be available to Platinum and Diamond customers with “Manage Stocktakes and Supplier Orders” user access. You can make changes to your business’ access levels here.
