If youʼre a Kitomba customer and you refer a friend who signs up, youʼll both get one monthʼs free software. If youʼre a Kitomba partner and refer someone to Kitomba who signs up, youʼll receive $150.

Referring someone to Kitomba is easy!

What are the terms and conditions of Kitombaʼs referral program?
Referral rewards apply for successful sign-ups to Kitomba after paying the first bill.

If you are a referrer and do not use Kitomba Salon and Spa Software you are considered a partner and will receive $150 for every successful applicant you refer. Once your referee has signed with Kitomba Salon and Spa Software we will send you an invoice template to fill out and return back to us. After we have received your invoice we will pay the $150 into your designated bank account once your referrer has paid their first software bill.

If you have referred someone and you are a Kitomba Salon and Spa Software customer, once the person you referred has paid their first bill you will be notified by email that your next month of software fees will be free.

How do I refer a friend to Kitomba?
Copy the referral link and send it to the person you want to refer. They will need to fill in the form and note your name down so we know who to reward.
How many times can I refer a friend?
There is no limit to how many people you can refer.
If I refer multiple people, do I get multiple months?
Yes! If you refer multiple people, weʼll stack the free months. That means if you refer 12 people who sign up to Kitomba, youʼll get an entire year of software fees for free!
I referred a friend. When will I receive my free month of Kitomba software?
If you have referred someone and you are a Kitomba Salon and Spa Software customer, once the person you referred has paid their first bill you will be notified by email that your next month of software fees will be free.
