More seamless transactions are available across any device! You can now sell, redeem, and refund concessions directly in Kitomba 1’s Point-of-Sale, making it easier than ever to manage prepaid services.
With Concessions in Kitomba 1, you can:

Easily see available concessions and track remaining visits at a glance on the Client Card in Kitomba 1.

Increase cash flow by securing upfront payments for multiple services.

Free up the front desk by redeeming existing visits and selling new concessions from any device in your business.

This feature is available to Platinum and Diamond customers.
When will I receive this functionality?
We’ll be updating all our customers’ software slowly over the next little while—if you can’t yet see the ability to add Concessions to an invoice or a list of available Concessions on a Client Card in Kitomba 1, you will be able to soon!
You’ll receive a message from us immediately after we update your Kitomba 1 to let you know when the functionality is ready for you to use.
How does it work?
Concessions are a spa essential—whether it’s a discounted series of laser treatments, a pre-paid facial package, or any multi-visit service. Upselling concessions in Kitomba 1 allows you to offer your clients better value while your business benefits from increased cash flow.
Sell concessions with ease
Selling a concession is as simple as adding it to an invoice at checkout. Use the new ‘Sell Concession’ button during a sale to quickly package and sell a series of services, keeping your clients committed while securing upfront payments.
Redeem concessions anywhere
If a client has a concession for a service, you can now redeem their pre-paid visits seamlessly from any device, without creating a queue at your front desk.
You can also view all available concessions and track remaining visits on their client card, allowing your staff to easily keep track.
Quick and simple refunds
Sometimes a service may not be the right fit for a client, and they may want to switch to something better suited to their needs. You can refund an entire concession, a single use, or only the remaining visits with just a few clicks. Plus, you can now search for concessions on a refund, making the process even faster.
Who can manage Concessions?
The ability to sell, redeem and refund concessions in Kitomba 1 will be available to Platinum and Diamond users with ‘Edit and Make Sale’ user access. You can make changes to your business’ access levels here.
