Booking online will require full payment upfront**
If you are having trouble finding a particular service, some of them (particularly those from the Signature Rituals or Medi-Spa Facials section ) will be under the 'Packages' category.
You will need to arrive to the spa 10mins prior to your booking. If this is your first visit to Cove Spa, we recommend booking a luxurious Facial from our Sensory Facials section. For the more advanced Spa-goers, then you'll love the results from our Medi-Spa Facials section.
When booking a massage, all of our Therapists can use light-firm pressure, however if you would like our strongest Therapist, we recommend calling the Spa. Our Therapists are experienced, highly trained in all aspects of beauty therapy and are above all, warm, caring and here to help. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Cove Spa uses our best efforts to ensure that the information available on our website is accurate. However, no guarantee is provided by Cove Spa that the site is free from errors or faults. Cove Spa does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to make changes to resolve these errors at any time. If your online booking is accepted we will send you out a confirmation email or SMS. If the booking is not suitable at the time or day to allow Cove to deliver 100% of the service requirements, one of our friendly staff members will be in touch to find an alternative time or day for you.
If you cannot make your online booking and wish to change it or cancel, you will be credited the full pre-paid booking amount onto an in-spa account at Cove Spa, as long as it is not within the 48hour cancellation period. We do not offer refunds.
