Barba Cancellation policy: We prioritise your appointment just for you so that we can deliver the level of care that we’re known for and love to offer, but this requires that we also allocate significant amounts of time for your appointment. When we receive less than 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we lose income after having turned other clients away to hold it for you, ultimately that means that eventually we’ll need to increase pricing for all- and we think that’s unfair. So to ensure that we can deliver our exceptional signature experience whilst also keeping our service fees fair for all, we’ll be implementing our cancellation policy as from 1/05/2021.
