Ultherapy is an exciting and novel, non-surgical, non-invasive lifting and skin tightening procedure for men and women. It targets sagging and lax skin on the face, eyebrows, under the chin, the neck and décolletage. Ultherapy uses a new form of ultrasound technology that enables us to first see and then treat the deepest support layers of the face, by using the ultrasound energy to stimulate the body’s own natural healing process to lift the skin over time. As there is no disruption to the surface of the skin, there is no downtime!
With only a single treatment required, Ultherapy works from the inside-out, delivering focused ultrasound energy down to the same foundational layer previously only reachable by a surgical face-lift. Our response to this energy is to create fresh, new stronger collagen and elastin, which causes a gradual lifting and tightening of the skin over 2-3 months to a more youthful position and then continues to improve over 12 months.
