PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING WHEN BOOKING ONLINE: If you are wanting to book one of our services within the hour or book a full blonde service with a specialist, please call the salon before confirming the booking. Your deposit will contribute towards your service total however, in the event of cancellation 48 hours or less before your appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable. If you are wanting to request an Emerging Stylist for any of the package options, please book the service you want, leave a note and we will call to confirm. For more information, please call the salon and speak to one of our stylists. TO OUR VALUED GUESTS We understand that plans change and life can get in the way of making it to our appointments. With this in mind, please be aware that we will be implementing deposits into all of our bookings for new and existing guests. If you do need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so before 48 hours in advance or your deposit will NOT be refunded. No shows will not be tolerated. If you do not show up to your appointment you will automatically lose your deposit and will be flagged on your client file. Please review these terms carefully before booking with us. General Terms
1. on behalf of itself and any third party licensor(s) of the Software and Service retains all rights and title to the Software, the Website, the Service and, except as set out below, no Intellectual Property Rights or goodwill therein are transferred to the Client.
2. In relation to the Service:
  1. the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service;
  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
  3. You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or Services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so;
  4. You may not use a robot, spider, scraper or other unauthorised automated means to access the Website or information featured on it for any purpose; and
