If your feeling unwell before coming to your appointment, please notify us so we can reschedule your appointment if necessary. Please be mindful when booking of timing, all cut and styling appointments are based on short hair. If you require extra time please book the extra time options for that service. Some of our services vary in price and time depending on which stylist you choose, this is determined by experience and qualification. All colour work requires a follow up booking as we need to be able to take the colour off and finish the service. If you are not requiring any other services please just book for a shampoo. All online bookings require a $50 deposit to secure the appointment which is redeemable on your service. If your service is less tha $50 then the full payment of that service is required to secure the booking. All online bookings will be confirmed with a reminder message sent out 48hrs prior to your appointment. Please be mindful we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or no show to your appointment within 24hours your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to cancel or reschedule please give us more than 24 hrs notice to avoid forfeiting the deposit. General Terms
1. on behalf of itself and any third party licensor(s) of the Software and Service retains all rights and title to the Software, the Website, the Service and, except as set out below, no Intellectual Property Rights or goodwill therein are transferred to the Client.
2. In relation to the Service:
  1. the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service;
  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
  3. You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or Services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so;
  4. You may not use a robot, spider, scraper or other unauthorised automated means to access the Website or information featured on it for any purpose; and
