We’ve updated client filters in Kitomba 1 for multi-site businesses (single site businesses already have this functionality). Now it’s even easier to generate client lists across all branches using the “have not” filter.
With our busy schedules it can be easy to forget about the great marketing and up-selling opportunities just a few clicks away! This is where Kitomba 1 client filters can make your life a whole lot easier. Use client filters to generate a list of clients across all (or any) of your branches that haven’t been seen or haven’t purchased retail over “x” time e.g. 6 months.
Use this list to get in touch with clients and remind them to book an appointment at your salon. They’ll appreciate the proactive reminder and it will really make them feel valued!
Here’s a few tips for using clients filters in Kitomba 1:
- Ensure you select a ‘have’ first, e.g. find all clients who have had a past appointment in the last 24 months
- Next, select a ‘have not,’ e.g. …and have not got a future appointment in the next 3 months
- Apply the filter and viola! Now you’ve got a list of clients to get in touch with and encourage to come through your salon doors.
