1. Add new clients faster in Kitomba One
We’ve created a shortcut for adding new clients when you make an appointment in Kitomba One.Step 1: Pick the appointment time and double click to create a new appointment.
Step 2: Select ‘Add a new client’.
Step 3: Enter your new client details and the services for their appointment.
2. Appointment reminders in Kitomba One
You can now select how new clients would like to receive appointment reminders when you add them in Kitomba One, e.g. Text message (SMS).
3. Printing your clients loyalty balance on client invoices
If you have loyalty switched on and their balance is above $0, your client will now see their loyalty balance on their invoice. From the Admin tab, select preferences, then invoicing, from there you will be able to check the tick box to show the loyalty balance.

Hi guys, are you planning to change how concessions are redeemed soon? At present the person doing the work doesn’t get the credit at all. And since I wasn’t aware of this at set up of course I set up lots if concession packages. So this change would be great,especially fir commission.

I too like Gail would love for concessions to be credited to the employee. But I am also trying to print my Kitomba balances on my receipts but this option does not come up in my invoicing section, do I need an update on my kitomba software for it to be available?

Hi Kara, thanks for your feedback! You should have received the updated version of Kitomba to allow you to show loyalty balances on your client invoices (is this what you’re referring to?). To enable this feature, go to Admin, Preferences, Invoicing and tick ‘Show customers loyalty balances on receipts’ and save the change. This feature is available on version 7.116. To check you have this version, go to ‘Help’ and click on ‘About’ in the top right of the screen. Give us a bell if you get stuck! Jo
