How does Vish work?

1. Select a client and start mixing
Open up a client’s appointment on the Vish app and mix their formula over Bluetooth scales, either from scratch or stored history.

2. Reweigh your mixing bowl
To ensure the formula is more exact the next time, reweigh the colour bowl after an appointment. Vish will subtract leftovers for precise history, dropping waste to almost zero.

3. Capture colour revenue and charge correctly
The exact colour usage and prices are then sent from the colour bar to the front desk capturing 100% of the services performed and products used so that you can adjust your pricing accordingly.

What is Vish?

Vish is a leading salon colour management software solution that combines a smart Bluetooth scale with sophisticated algorithms for accurate formula tracking and inventory management.

How does Vish integrate with Kitomba?

Vish integrates with Kitomba’s appointment book, which means all appointments sync between the two systems, making it seamless for team members to use.

Each stylist gets their own unique four-digit Pin code so when you log in with your Pin, your appointments for the day will show up on this. 

Who can use the Vish integration?

This integration is available for all Kitomba customers. Get started by booking a free demo here here.

How long does the Vish demo take?

Your Vish demo will take up to 45 minutes. From there Vish will ensure you are ready to be onboarded. 


When does billing begin?

Billing is monthly starting from the date of implementation. You will pay a rolling monthly subscription fee based on your salon size.


How do I cancel Vish?

To cancel your Vish subscription you can email and they will manage this for you. You must give 30 days’ notice before cancelling. Cancellations within six months may incur a cancellation fee.


I already have Vish. How can I integrate it with my Kitomba software? 

That’s easy! Vish will take care of this for you, just email and let them know you are already using Vish and would like it integrated with your Kitomba software.

Vish will make sure all your appointments are carried across to the Vish bar app, even the services. No more manually inputting client details, it will now all be automated for you.
