Messaging
The team have made some big improvements in this area. Kitomba™ now has:
- Auto-confirming of appointments via text. Now your clients can text back YES and confirm themselves!!!
- Text Message inbox (all text messages you receive on Kitomba™ are stored here)
- Client message history - you can now see all messages you've sent or received from a client in the
last 3 months - Automatic daily synching of your Kitomba™ text messages with the Kitomba™ message bank so your text messages are more reliable.
Calendar
- A shadow now updates the calendar view to show the time of day changing
- Faster calendar and new "smoother" moving of appointments
- Calendar refresh on Multi-User Kitombas™ (all calendar screens can be set to automatically update with the latest info (set on preferences)
eftpos-link
Series 4 allows you to link your Kitomba and eftpos with eftpos-link (all major eftpos providers supported).
Now you can
- Balance your eftpos and Kitomba easily at the end of the day
- Speed up processing of client payments when they come to leave
- Make fraud even harder for any dishonest types
eftpos-link does require a few things on your computer, please click on www.kitomba.com/eftpos to check these out and prepare to get your eftpos-link working quick smart.
Other cool new stuff
- You can now set security to automatically log you out (in preferences) so if you walk away from Kitomba™ can now automatically log you out.
- Additional flexibility in wages package to cover off a few more commission plans
- Faster Kitomba remotes - the team have doubled the speed on most key tasks on your remote! Could this mean you can work from home in half the time? Not everyone has a Kitomba™ remote so fast remotes are being rolled out on a customer by customer basis. Check with the Help Desk to ensure you can get the new fast remote or check if you're already running the quicker than a quick thing.
