Today we’ve released some new features in Online Booking:
- Add Online Bookings into clients calendars.
- Add service and package descriptions so your clients can see more information when they book online.

Add Online Bookings to clients calendars
New to Online Booking is a very handy feature for you and your clients!
Now when your clients receive an email to confirm the details of their Online Booking, it will also include the ability to add the appointment into their calendar:
So when your clients check their calendar their appointment will show:
Depending on the email provider your clients use, the way things look and how clients add appointments to their calendar may differ.
Online Booking descriptions
Add service and package descriptions
To add an Online Booking description for services and packages:
- Go to the Kitomba Cards tab or Kitomba 1 Products & Services tab.
- Choose a service or package and select ‘Available in Online Booking’.
- The new description field will show so you can add a description.
We recommend writing short, easy to understand descriptions so your clients can clearly determine which service or package they’d like to book.

Once you’ve added your descriptions, visit Online Booking in the Settings tab and tick ‘Show service and package descriptions’ so your descriptions will be visible to clients in Online Booking.
