Kitomba 1’s new ‘Stock Value report’ will give you an up-to-the-minute snapshot of the value and quantity of your stock on hand. The report will be great for keeping an eye on your stock levels and seeing which products are selling, and which ones aren’t. The report also includes the price, cost (excl GST), sales margin, the category and the product type. Useful? We sure think so!
While we were at it, we’ve also changed the name of the Stock Statistics report to the Product Sales report.

How to: Stock Value report

To access and use this report go to the ‘Reporting’ tab in Kitomba 1.

Select the ‘Stock Value’ Report.

Choose from the ‘Report options’ what you’d like to group the report by, either ‘Supplier’ or ‘Category.’

Click update and your report will be generated.

If you’d like to export or print your report, click on ‘Print’ or ‘Excel’ on the top right of your page.
Note: this report only shows active stock, not stock with 0 quantity on hand.
